Services

My treatments combine Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Massage Cupping, Thai stretching, Aromatherapy, CBD and Craniosacral techniques in order to target your specific needs. I believe the best deep, therapeutic work can only occur while in a state of deep relaxation when the parasympathetic nervous system is activated.

Mary is a Licensed Massage Therapist in Crested Butte, CO.

I first studied and fell in love with anatomy & physiology at the University of Montana. After graduating with a Health Sciences degree in 2010, I immediately enrolled in the Costa Rica School of Massage Therapy in 2011 & the Thai Massage School of Chiang Mai in 2012. My passion for bodywork was ignited, and I have devoted myself to holistic healing and the study of the human body ever since.

I look forward to working with you! - Mary
